Failure to meet these guarantees typically lead to expensive liquidated damage claims and complex disputes.
There are numerous factors that impact the ability of a solar PV plant to produce power at a certain level. Ultimately, these factors decide whether the plant is able to deliver on the PRGs in the contract or not.
