We at CEERISK are looking forward to attending Singapore Convention Week 2024, between 26 – 30 August. The convention, which is centred around “Separating Disruptions from Distractions in an Evolving World,” aims to bring together international dispute experts, practitioners, academics and government officials, all involved in different facets of international law.
Having attended Singapore Convention Week last year, Mamoon Alyah, Principal Engineer and Managing Director at CEERISK, is delighted to once again attend.
Alongside opportunities to meet with experts in the industry to share experiences and to discuss best practices, Mamoon will attend “Breaking with Convention” Networking Event, Effective Advocacy in International Arbitration: Perspectives from Different Jurisdictions, and Maxwell Conversations: Managing Public Policy.
CEERISK has provided technical expert services in arbitration to clients in Singapore within the past few years, including renewable energy disputes involving the installation and operation of renewable energy plants (solar and wind), as well as other construction disputes to clients based in Singapore.
