Damage to solar power plant following windstorm

Following a severe wind storm, damage to a solar PV power plant being constructed was claimed by the project contractor. CEERISK performed an inspection of the loss site and assessed the damage to a number of PV panels. CEERISK also performed forensic analysis of the damage to the PV panels’ mounting structures to determine the presence of a design deficiency, manufacturing defect, or poor erection workmanship in the construction of this project.
