The ICC’s Paris Arbitration Week kicked off on 27 March with a Conference, entitled “Rethinking Dispute Resolution,” an event that was attended by Mamoon Alyah, Managing Director and Principal Engineer at CEERISK.
It has been CEERISK’s experience that as technology evolves and more construction projects are deployed around the world, particularly in renewable energy sectors, new disputes arise that involve complex technical matters.
