On 26-27 February 2024, CEERISK’s Principal Engineer and Managing Director, Mamoon Alyah, will attend the 12th ICC Mena Conference on International Arbitration. The conference will bring together over 250 arbitration professionals, including lawyers, arbitrators, mediators, corporate counsel, academics, and other professionals interested in international arbitration in the Middle East.
CEERISK has provided technical expert services in arbitration proceedings to clients around, from construction disputes compliance with international manufacturing standards and health and safety practices, to renewable energy disputes that involve the installation and operation of renewable power plants.
