Three bridges were reported destroyed as a result of storm water flooding in the Ghor Al-Haditha valley. Our specialists were instructed to conduct an on-site assessment by a multi-disciplined engineering, contracting and building business in Dubai to identify the loss and determine the damage to the impacted bridges for insurance policy purposes.
Several meetings with the insured were conducted along with several inspections of the loss location to document the type and extent of the damage. We also carried out independent market research to establish current market value at the time of the loss in order to assist with the reinstatement processes.
Following research and analysis, we were able assist in the reinstatement process to the area in order to return the damaged bridges to their pre-loss conditions.
